Really good
As an anti-aging supplement for mind (maintaining cognitive sharpness) and body (reducing signs of aging skin texture, elasticity and joint mobility) it is a necessity as part of my daily routine for 20 years and counting….
I don’t personally take this but I get it for a loved one who has Friedreichs Ataxia and ironically has no heart problems after taking this for about 27 years.
